Learn To Draw Portraits

Tanner Lytle has teamed up with the McCook Art Guild to host a series of Art Classes! The first of which is: Learn To Draw Portraits. With a focus on the charcoal medium, Tanner will show the class techniques to bring their drawings to the next level!
Class Features:
- Drawing From Life - Barto Yelkouni will be modeling for the portrait class. We will start with quick studies and progress up to longer poses during the class.
- Live Demonstrations - Tanner will be doing different demonstrations while explaining different portrait drawing techniques on anatomy, proportion, line, value, and more!
- Capturing Likeness - Take the techniques shown to develop your artistic ability to identify and capture the model's features and personality! Use these skills later on friends and family to continue to draw exceptional realistic portraits!
- One on One Support - During the course of the day, Tanner will be available to answer questions, assist with drawings, and provide help as needed.

- Newsprint Sketchpad
- Charcoal Pencils and/or Sticks
- Kneaded Eraser
